  Same here, I tried watching other dramas but the subtitle isn't appearing even tough there is available, 100 % EN and is shown... nothing happens...

  Same here thank god I wasn't the only one... but I can't understand anything what they are saying in any drama so I kinda want to cry :)

  Also Dutch subtitles aren't working, but seems to work on Viki Android app, though.

  me too, italian subtitle and other don t appeare.
