[Solved] English Subtitles are down since morning (July 16, 2018) in the US

Hi,

English subtitles for all the shows are down since morning in USA. Tested with different shows, and the result is the same. I hope you are able to fix it ASAP.

Hi,

Same here, I've just watched episode 7 of Goblin which was fine. Number 8 started and refreshed weirdly and I lost the has subtitles, went back thinking it was a fluke and number 7 has lost them as well.

Hiya,

Having the exact same issue in Sweden. I was watching the Perfect Match fine yesterday, not problem at all. But today, no matter what video I try to watch, subtitles just doesn't show. Tried it in different web browzers (chrome and edge) still same problem.

Funnily enough, I noticed the subtitles work on the phone app... So seems to be PC related?

Really hope it gets fixed soon.
