[Solved] Multiple Email Accounts Error

My roommate &I use the same android phone.
I tried 3 seperate times to sign up for a standard pass, and each time, it would try to put my credit card/ account in her name.
It also says you can delete your account, but the method they say to use isn't listed under ANY of the screen options in the Android App.
I definitely don't want to be charged multiple times (after the 7day free trial)
I've sent the Help center an email, but heard nothing back. How can I get a live person?
-or should I just cancel my Card?
