[Solved] I have problems to watch the series and movies
The images stop at every moment and then continue, they also freeze and only the audio continues.
This is happening to me on two different PCs (a PC and a noteboock), this started about two weeks ago

The problem that arises is that if I connect to viki pass with my keys the series are pasted and the audio continues or simply the video is stuck and it does not happen only in one series, if not in several.
Now if I do not log in I can see the series without problems, but with all the commercials being that I have contracted Viki Pass, which I do not consider fair.
This did not happen to me before, it started about two weeks ago,
Please, I ask you to review what happens with my profile, that this problem arises

What If I can't get to the Video Issues to report problems???? I have reported problems a month ago and thought that they were fixed but within a week I started having the same problems. I'm going to start keeping tract off the days and ask for a rebate for all of the days I can't watch Viki. Every thing I try to down load takes forever and it may load or say that it is unable to download the episode. There are times that it logs me out. Tonight I'm unable to review the list if Dramas in Korean because it is so slow and the screen goes blank. Please Help!!!!!!
