[Solved] Problem watching certain episodes on my Roku Tv app.

I go to click on certain episodes on my Roku Viki app on my tv and it will take me straight back to the Roku home screen? I’ve updated the Roku app and I also restarted the Roku app but still the same thing happens. I have not deleted it and try to re-upload the app but don’t know how to delete it on my tv. I’m very frustrated because i cannot watch one of my favorite programs and another time i have started to watch an older drama and couldn’t continue watching all the episodes so i had to watch it on dramafever.... please help me fix this problem, i really like Viki except this annoying problem.

  • I'm a subscriber and am trying to watch Deep Rooted Tree ((or tree with deep roots)  on my Roku device, but it doesn't let me, and  I keep getting a message saying it is only for subscribers.  please help .. thx
