[Solved] Comment section can't be accessed
The comment section is absolutely the reason Viki has my loyalty over 'the other' website and it is greatly missed. The exchange of opinions about characters, plot, writers and production values are sadly disappearing in on streaming sites--replaced by star ratings which have become meaningless, especially on Viki because they're now being used to pressure for specific subtitles. Searching for a new drama to watch is serious business for me in order to save my time following a 'turkey' drama down the rabbit hole. The comments section adds meat to the bones of the star ratings and helps in my decision-making. Hopefully the situation will be fixed--maybe even with some valuable tweaks like a screen to filter out the F--- and S--words .

Not to worry, we aren't removing Comments. It's just that we're experiencing some technical issues with it at the moment ^.^||
The team is working on bringing it back as soon as possible.
