[Solved] Comment section below a drama's main page just vanished

Since I agreed to the new data protection agreement on May 25th, I can't see the comment section below the main pages of any drama. This is kind of annoying, as a moderator or channel manager I cannot communicate with the viewers anymore. 

I cleared my cache, deleted cookis, logged out and in, but nothing happened. I have access to the team discussions and can read the disqus box, if someone tags me.

  • 2nd try - first typed comment submitted and poof - I was kicked out. Will see how it works now.

    Did you agree to the new terms of Disqus? If not you might or might not want to, you can access the form via the subtitle editor.

    The engineers have just released a fix for this.

    Please scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the Cookie Settings. In Cookie Settings, please ensure that you enable Social Media cookies. After which, refresh the page.

    Please note that you will also have to agree to the Disqus' Terms of Service.

    After which, you should be able to read Disqus comments.

    Cookie settings is not clickable for me. Neither if I click on the text nor if I click on the little arrow to get the dropdown menu. So I cannot access the options. 

    But I can see disqus comments everywhere else: in Team Discussions, and also on other sites like soompi and various other streaming sites.

     

    I have posted about this also under kakashianme's post.

  • I was accept the new cookies policies on viki and disqus, and  I can't see the comment section below the main pages of any drama. In Team Discussions works fine. 

    ps: the link of cookies settings doesn't appear to me at the bottom of the page, can I get somewhere else?

    Glad that the comments are now loading for you.

    We'll also be releasing a fix for the issues with long loading time for the Viki page soon.

    Thanks so much for your kind understanding.

    The engineers have just fixed the issue and you should now be able to see comments again.

    If anyone's still having problems seeing comments, do let me know!

    Also @somejuwels, the issue with the Viki website taking very long to load has been fixed as well. Let me know if you still find any abnormal lag!
