u guys putting up your adds and it just stays there will not move i paid for adds free i have been waiting over a half hour 2 watch my show and it just stays there the add. and u guys came up with that different sub title but its blocking my english sub cant see them

Sorry about the problem you were experiencing with the ads.
The engineers have fixed the issue and you should not be experiencing this issue again.
Also, with regards to the problem you're having with subtitles, could you take a screenshot of it so that I can see what the problem is?
