[Solved] Viki Pass Issues

Hi, I'm new to Viki. I want to use the Viki free trial to see if I like it and then continue with the monthly plan. But, it's saying that they take the payment today, but at the bottom, they say they would take the payment on May 5. What am I supposed to do?

    Hi there,

    Credit cards can only be used once at Viki for trials. If the same credit card was used on a different account, it automatically loses trialing privileges.
