[Solved] Smart TV website
I've complained about this before and I can't understand why it seems VIKI can't make the TV website identical to the one I can access with my laptop. The same opening page appears on my TV that you've had for years and I cannot find out what the current offerings are or see a complete list of available titles which are easily found on the website. This means that I must use the website to look at possible offerings and then go to my TV and use search to input the title to I want to watch. This is absurd. VIKI should be sophisticated enough to make both sites identical and I can't understand why VIKI seems to find this too hard to do.

Hey rosanante9_86,
I'm sorry that the Samsung Smart TV app is outdated.
As Samsung had ceased support for Smart Hub OS, we were not able to update the Samsung Smart TV Viki app.
We can recommend you other options to watch Viki from your TV, such as Chromecast, Roku, Apple TV, or using a HDMI cable. For more information, you can refer to viki.com/apps for a list of TVs and devices that we do provide full support to.
We are continually looking to broaden the Viki experience and provide more platforms for our viewers to view Viki. Thus, while it is in our plan to build newer versions of the Viki app for more connected TV devices (including Samsung TV) in the future, we're unable to provide a timeline for now. So please stay tuned to our Twitter feed and blog for the latest Viki updates and future releases!
Thanks,
Kristie
