    Can you confirm if both the video player volume settings and your computer volume settings are turned on.

    If both are turned on, please let me know so that we can further investigate the issue.

    This happened to me twice yesterday I had to refresh, logout/login, several times then it worked, I thought it was my pc but all other media worked with sound. It first started out with sound, then like a rip and no sound, then no sound....  until the several tries.
