[Closed] HD Quality

I am not getting HD quality videos as stated when I upgraded my vikki pass.  Is there any additional hidden fees I need to pay to get the HD quality videos as stated... I am perfectly willing to pay please state the fees upfront.

    I've just sent an email to you requesting more information about the problem you're experiencing.

    Also, when experiencing problems with the video player on the viki.com website, you can always report such problems with these steps as it automatically submits a diagnostic report that helps us with troubleshooting the issues you're experiencing:

    1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
    2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.
