[Solved] HD is not working on mobile

Hello, today I purchased the HD VIKI pass. I prefer watching shows on my phone. Sadly, the HD function is not working on my phone. Is there any particular reason and solution for this problem. If not,I don t see reasonable my purchase and I will cancel it. Thank you for your answer.
