[Closed] Episodes won't load on Roku and Viki app no longer on Roku international streaming

A few hours ago, all of a sudden episodes won't load on Viki on my Roku.  Deleted app, but then Viki wasn't available as always has been under Roku international channels and Viki support guy (in India) said it's not available anymore on Roku.  I was able to load it as a "private channel" but takes long to load and episodes still won't load.  What's going on?  I'm a Viki Plus member.
