I was having this issue as well. I rebooted my modem, my roku. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Viki app. It did eventually did load but it took a lot longer than usual. Several minutes.
Thanks. Viki is having to do a new app apparently, as it is not in the Roku international lineup anymore...all's well that ends well...

There were issues with the system yesterday that might have caused these loading issues. The engineers have since recovered the system and you should not be experiencing these issues again.
