[Solved] Missing subtitles

I know the episodes of 15 yrs. of waiting for migratory birds is subtitled. But when I try to watch it now they are not showing up. I logged out and then back in. I turned subs off and then on but nothing helps. I am watching through Roku.

    The engineers have just fixed the issue and subtitles should be appearing again.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    We're experiencing some issues with the subtitles not appearing on fully subtitled videos.

    The engineers are working on getting it back up as soon as possible. I'll update once it's fixed.
