[Solved] Still waiting for help

I upgraded to the viki plus pass 11 days ago and immediately reported that it was not working. I've submitted two help requests and this is my second post on this board. In all this time I've only received two suggestions for how to fix the issue, both of which were already listed in the generic help articles. Now, I haven't heard back in four days. Is there anyone that can help me?
