[Solved] Unable to comment on team discussion board
Hi,
I'm a subtitler and translation editor for Hwayugi and am unable to post comments on the team discussion board. For some reason, I get the error message "Your account has been banned by Viki" . I believe there is a mistake as I've never posted spam or abusive content. I have notified my channel manager and chief editor and both were equally surprised and puzzled by this. Could you please look into the issue and reinstate my account? It's very inconvenient to not be able to communicate with my team members about where I'm subbing or editing.
