[Solved] Hacked account
Hello,
I just received an email, it said that my Viki pass subscription (which I canceled in January) was renewed in Viki Pass PLUS annual subscription (99$), but it is not me who did this request. I am even more surprised that if I understand correctly the Viki Pass Plus is only available in North America, Central America and South America but I am in France.
I think someone hack my account and make the subscription for me.
It is possible to cancel this subscription and the payment? And how can i delete my credit card information from the site ?
I am really annoyed by this story, I already change password, is there any way to disconnect anyone connected to my account?
I hope someone could find a solution quickly
