[Solved] Can't watch on Android TV

I've been patiently waiting the whole week for the app on my TV to work to no avail. I've done uninstalling and re installing but still nothing. It won't even show any thumbnails of the videos as it used to.i can't even log in.my acct works fine on my phone but i like to watch on my tv. Anything wrong with the viki app for android TV?please help.thank you

Hey guys,

Sorry about the problems you're experiencing on the Viki Android TV app.

The engineers are looking into the issue and working on resolving it as soon as possible. I will update once we have a resolution for this.

In the mean time, as most Android TV devices come outfitted with Chromecast support, what I can suggest is for you to Chromecast shows from a mobile device or from a Google Chrome browser.
