[Solved] subscription cancellation refund

 my account was automatically charged for an annual membership after it ended.  the subscription was supposed to end on the second of February but my card was charged on the same day for a reenrollment. i submitted a request for a refund the second i received the notification on my phone but so far no news. am  I not gonna a refund because i forgot to submit the cancellation even if it was on the same day.
