[Solved] the roku

there is a issue about the video were like blank gray screen .. there is no color on the video so all I see the words on the subtitle on it .. I hope you fixing the issue for that... I love it the viki drama . :(

    Thanks for raising the issue up. We'll be looking into solving this issue for the new Roku app we're planning on releasing come Q2. For more information, please refer to this FAQ.

    In the mean time, to help us investigate and fix the issue, could you also let me know the following information?

    1. Your Roku device model
    2. Is this occurring for all videos or only specific ones? If only for specific videos, please let me know which ones
    3. Is the audio playing? Or is that not working as well?
