I am having the same issue with my Roku 3. I have Viki Pass but, I cannot use it.
The reason why you're not able to access your Viki Pass benefits on Roku is because your Viki Pass subscription is not linked to this account.
I've emailed you with more details on where you can find your Viki Pass account. Please login to that account to enjoy Viki Pass benefits on your Roku device.
