[Solved] Error 500

i have tried to restart the channel on my roku and i am still unable to watch viki. Please let me know what i can do to fix the problem. I have already checked to see if my wifi connection is the problem, but its not as i checked via settings and also noticed other apps on my roku works. Please help.

  • Same here. This has been like this since this morning. Other apps like dramafever works, but my vikiroku is not. Called csr, still hasnt get any respond. I even pay monthly subscription. This is so disappointing
