Filter main screen suggestions by subtitle

What: the main screen suggestions for shows that might interest me should be filterable by language availability

Why: 90+% of the shows I will watch must have English AND Traditional Chinese subtitles available, or else English subtitles with Mandarin main (not dubbed) audio. It seems that <20% of the shows that show up as suggestions on my main screen offer this combination. I am sure other users encounter similar issues, with their own desired language combinations. I don't want to waste my time looking into shows only to find, after multiple clicks, that this is not (yet?) a show I will watch.

   Others have requested the ability to filter by genre. I think this is also a good idea. Further, by tracking the filters users select, Viki will be able to gather valuable marketing data.

Where: On the main screen, in every suggested category except Continue Watching, the shows that appear should conform to my expectations for shows worth watching.
