[Closed] Error code 4003

Started watching a show on the mobile site on my laptop then wanted to continue on my tablet and keep getting error code 4003. It has been happening frequently when using the app and I'm fed up with having uninstall and reinstall the app. VIA is no help either because either just asks you to repeat or rephrase the question and the forum that used to be so useful now closes down replies so I can't even try to see if it's a common issue with an easy fix
