[Closed] Why isn't the Viki app on my Samsung TV?

I just subscribed to Viki this week. I tried to install the viki app on my Samsung Smart TV, according to the instructions that Viki posted on "how to install on a device" Samsung TV. However, I don't see the app on my Samsung at all? Do you actually have an app for a Samsung? Please update your information. You should delete the Samsung Smart TV option if it isn't actually available.
