[Closed] What good is a monthly billing plan?

I don't want to pay for an annual subscription. I'm unemployed and just can't afford the $60 right now. But I CAN afford to pay $6 monthly. I also travel frequently, so sometimes I can be offline for weeks. It doesn't make sense to prepay for a year of viewing when I may not be able to watch anything for weeks at a time. 

So I subscribed. And I can't watch anything because I'm being prompted to upgrade my plan. I was prompted to subscribe to the Viki Standard to watch in the first place. And now that I've signed up, I still can't watch anything.
