[Closed] Viki app through Roku asking for a PIN
All of a sudden my Viki app on my Samsung TV through a Roku is asking for a PIN I have never created. When I try to click on the "create PIN" nothing happens. I am following all the steps these posts have suggested. I have logged out and then back in on my Viki account on my computer and my phone. Neither asks for a PIN nor can I see anyway to created one. When I go to my Viki app through Roku it goes immediately to requesting a PIN. I am at a loss what to do.
