[Closed] False vpn/proxy error message
I have been watching viki for almost 2 years with no problem but started to get error saying ‘ you seem to be using a proxy or vpn’ I submitted a report but didn’t get any help at all. I have been watching it on my smart tv and nothing has changed still use the same tv same internet. I tried everything including uninstalling it work for a while but after a few episodes I get the same error again. I don’t want to cancel my membership but if I can not watch it what is the point of paying it. If I can get any help, I would appreciate it.

I am also having the same problem. I’ve also tried all the things they suggest but it hasn’t helped. Submitted report and waiting to hear back.
