[Closed] Unable to play videos on viki.com VF-VJS-4
Hi all,
Many times when i am watching on viki.com randomly while episode is changing to the next episode it will fail.
I get the below error message:
Oh no, something went wrong!
There has been an unexpected issue.
Please try again in a few minutes.Our team might reach out to you for further troubleshooting via email. (VF-VJS-4)

After that no matter what, new browser, clear cache, reboot, logout/login etc the particular series will be unwatchable on viki.com. I can then only watch it on mobile app. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP
