[Closed] Error: vsf_SP_1002

I was watching a show yesterday and got to episode 11. Today when I tried to continue watching the show, I got the error VSF_SP_1002. Ii am viewing Rakuten on my LG TV via the app. I rebooted my internet WiFi, logged out of the app, uninstall and reinstall the app and nothing works. The show I am watching is Suspicious Partner.
