[Closed] An error occurred loading this content message

I have been using Apple TV (3rd generation) for years to stream Viki dramas but recently I can’t stream any of them to my TV using the same apple TV that I have been using for years. I still can watch other apps like Kocowa.. please help to resolve this issue 🙏🏼
