I keep getting the same error code VF_ROK_-6. I can’t play episode 12 of lovely runner in the Viki App using a Roku, can someone let me know how to fix it

I already deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and log back in. Restart the device… what’s next Viki IT Team?

Same. VF_ROK_-6 for me. Episode 12 Lovely Runner. I can watch it on my android fine. Other shows work fine too. Just Episode 12 of Lovely Runner with the error.
