[Closed] Gray Letterbox Bars
Hi. I'm watching Viki through my Samsung TV and I've noticed that almost all shows from Tencent Video have gray letterbox bars instead of the usual black. The latest example is the newly released show 'Will Love in Spring.' This show actually has both black and gray bars which makes it highly distracting and unwatchable. I really like being able to watch Viki on my TV because I like the quality and bigger picture size so I'd love to see a solution to this problem.
