[Closed] Viki Suddenly Stopped, Now Can't Download

Using Viki fine until yesterday. Could not log on, error - unable to log on. VIKI advised to remove & reload app. Now Amazon cannot find my Fire Stick. Any ideas? Now can't watch on TV, only phone/ipad. Extremely frustrated
