Update Video Quality Options

The video quality options need to be updated adding more settings to choose from and option for higher video resolution. All other platforms offer 1080p & higher and the quality is much better than here. Keeping existing option to choose data savings setting but and option for auto adjust or manually adjust to higher quality. Thanks!
