[Closed] Lunar New Year Promo 30% Discount

I currently have an Annual Plus subscription and would like to use the discount code (YEAROFTHEDRAGON30) for the next time I renew my subscription. However, I am unable to select my current plan on the website to even get to the checkout page and input the promo code. I've confirmed with others that this can be done, however, I don't see any place to do this without cancelling my current subscription.

    I am having the exact same issue.  I emailed Viki before the discount expired on Feb 14.  No response so far.  

    I look forward to hearing from you to get the correct instructions.
