[Closed] I've been ignored for help regarding 30% off yearly plus pass subscription

I submitted a help request on 2/14/24 and have not received any reply. My ticket number is #1810516. I currently have a yearly subscription and would like to use the discount code for the next time I renew my subscription. I've confirmed with other subscribers that this can be done, however, I don't see any place to do this without cancelling my current subscription.
