[Closed] Unable to upgrade to viki pass plus
I'm unable to upgrade from (monthly) Viki pass standard to (monthly) Viki pass plus, on viki.com in the US. The instructions given here
do not work. The only option given is to change plans is from a monthly Viki standard to an annual VIki standard (as is also the case in following the upgrade link from a Viki plus show). I've submitted a help ticket, but I'm still awaiting any resolution beyond an automatic reply that references the ineffective instructions above.
It seems odd to me that this issue doesn't appear to have been fixed, despite many, many annoyed users reporting exactly the same problem on these community forums.
