[Closed] I have submitted a request to Viki on unauthorized access to my account and no response !

Viki staff, this is very frustrating. I have submitted a ticket that someone has changed my email address on the account and accessed my account and watches drama without authorization (I can see "watched" content is nothing that I had watched), and it was a few days ago, and no response! Please take care of it!
