[Closed] Year of the Dragon promo

My VikiPass Standard subscription renews at the end of February. I would like to upgrade to the annual VikiPass Standard or Plus if it is possible to take advantage of the 30% Year of the Dragon code, or is that only for new/upgrading subscribers?
