  Thanks for writing to Viki Community Support!

  We're sorry to hear that you're having a hard time upgrading your subscription. For Viki.com subscriptions, upgrades can be made without canceling your current subscription. Additionally, the change will be immediate and a prorated charge will be processed to cover the difference of the upgrade.

  These are the steps to upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to your Subscription settings page here. 
  2. Under the section, ‘Your Plan’, click on Change Plan 
  3. Select your desired plan 
  4. Choose your desired renewal option, and click Next
  5. On the Payment Summary, review the plan details and click on "Confirm" to subscribe 
  6. Viki will send a confirmation email to the email linked to your Viki account.
