[Closed] My Viki trial does not work

My Viki trial is not working. I submitted my credit card for the Plus account. A temporary hold has hit my bank account and an email says I am one click away (with no directions). 

I have deleted history from my computer, closed and reopened my account. My phone is also not accessing Viki Pass.

Your AI has no answer for me.
