[Closed] Can't play the next episode for a whole day already
I'm receiving the same massage: oh no, something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes. (VSF_6401) for about 20 hours now. I did update the application and my tablet, Uninstall and reinstall the app and still showing the same error message. I'm paying for my Viki Pass subscription. Can you help me please.

Hello, same issue here 24 hours and not able to see episode 7 of my wonderful fabe. Paying for Viki premium subscription. 2 messages to the help center. The ai chat is not helpful….. considering other providers
Same here and it already passed a whole day I waited till today on the morning and it keeps saying “Please retry after a few minutes.(VSF_6401) an I’m paying for my Viki pass subscription an it is available in my region and I tried the ai chat but it doesn’t work at all !!! Please help me
