[Closed] viki wont let me cancel my subscription

hi. anyone can help me. i was charged for viki again but i did not make any subscription. i checked on my google play app and rakuten website already. but i couldnt find the "cancel subcription" i checked twice on my app/website of rakuten/viki or my google play its not their. i checked all my gmail account but i did not make a subscription either!  can anynoe help me cancel it. please
