[Closed] I can’t make downloads even though I have pass premium
Up until about yesterday I was able to download episodes. But all of a sudden the download button doesn’t work. At first I thought it was my device and tried shutting it off, deleting the app, and flipping the screen orientation. Nothing works. I’m about to go on a trip with no internet, and I’m so disappointed I won’t be able to bring kdrama with me

I’m having the same issue, no response from viki support yet.
i thought i was the only one! i have done all of those actions as well. i have the plus subscription solely for the download function and not being able to download is definitely a let down.
Please fix this soon, Viki :)
I am travelling 7 months in Southeast Asia and cant watch the shows I watched in France. Is there a solution to that problem or should I live without viki for 7 months ? =)
Wow. Sounds like Viki has a problem. This is so annoying. Pls let me know if you guys figure out how to fix it! I don’t know why Viki isn’t responding.
I did get a response from viki yesterday for those having this issue:
“We are sorry that you're experiencing this issue. Our team is aware of it and will be looking into it as soon as they can.
We have forwarded all the information you provided to our engineering team and we expect to have a resolution for this problem as soon as possible.”
Hopefully we will have a fix soon.

I am having the same issues and they told me to come to the support page and follow the instructions. Which I have done 4 times. Sounds like this is an issue on their end they are trying to figure out.
