[Closed] Got the Proxy/VPN message

Today I can't watch anything on the Viki app because I am getting a message that I'm using a proxy or VPN and I have none of them. I already disconnected the Internet, cleaned storage, deleted data, and uninstalled the app. Nothing worked. I need help please.
