[Closed] Error Message when cancelling subscription.

Hi,

I keep trying to cancel on the website as my renewal date is coming up, but it keeps coming up with an 'unexpected error, please try again' pop up. I'm not subscribed via apple, google, etc - I subscribed directly from the website. Does anyone know if this is a current issue or is there a work around?
