[Closed] (PLEASE HELP... STILL RECEIVING ZERO HELP FROM VIKI...Viki keeps saying I am using a VPN/Proxy, and I'm NOT. I've tried literally EVERYTHING, even calling AT&T
Title explains it. Can't watch anything because Viki thinks I'm using a VPN or a Proxy and I am not at all using either. Maybe it's a glitch? I put in a request over 24 hours ago and reached out to Viki on Twitter and Instagram but to no avail. I'm getting hopeless. I can't watch anything AT ALL. I wanted to renew my subscription but if this isn't working is it even worth my money??? Please help.
I mean I've been emailed by support a few times and then ghosted. The last email I got was "We will get back to you as soon as possible." That was 5 days ago. Like am I supposed to just never use Viki again??? Is this problem PERMANENT???
